This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We hope that you will take time to read it carefully to get a clear understanding of how Pumas-AI (“us”, “we” or “our”) handles the data in accordance with our website and our subdomains (collectively the “Sites”).

MEMBER-PROVIDED INFORMATION: Through your use of the Site, including registering on our site or contacting us through the Sites, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, Social Media or other details to help you with your experience. This is generally called 'Personally Identifiable Information' or PII. In the case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. This information may include your name, the address of the card holder, the expiry date, and the last four digits of the credit card number.

“COOKIES” INFORMATION: When you use the services enabled on the Sites, we may send one or more cookies to your computer. Please review the “Help” section in your web browser to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from any of the Sites, you may not be able to utilize the website’s features to its fullest potential. We use cookies to:

  • Understand and save user's preferences for future visits.
  • Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.

“AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED” INFORMATION: When you use the Sites or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your web browser by using different types of technology, including “clear gifs” or “web beacons.” This “automatically collected” information may include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”) or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after the Sites, the pages you view on the Sites, and the dates and times that you visit the Sites. We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES: We may also obtain information, including personally identifiable information, from third parties and sources other than the Sites, such as advertisers, or social media applications. If we combine or associate information from other sources with personally identifiable information that we collect through the Sites, we will treat the combined information as personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION USES: We may process your personal information and data as necessary for the performance of a contract or to comply with our legal obligations. We may retain and use your personal information to resolve disputes, enforce our rights, or to protect the legal rights, property, safety, and security of us, our users, and others. We may also use your personal information to comply with applicable law and industry standards, and to enforce our policies, or rights arising from contracts, or for such other purposes that you may authorize at the time you submit the information.

Pumas-AI uses the information we collect from you to personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and projects in which you are most interested.

  • To operate, maintain, enhance and provide all of the features and services found on the Sites.
  • To understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Sites work and look, and to create new features and functionality.
  • To: (a) personalize our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Sites; (b) provide customized third-party content, and information; (c) monitor and analyze the operation and effectiveness of the Services and related activities; and (d) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed.
  • To ask for ratings and reviews of services, and provide assistance and support as needed.
  • Pumas-AI may use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send you i) messages about the Sites, and ii) promotional messages related to the Sites and the activities of third parties we work with. You will have the ability to opt-out of receiving any such communications, either through links provided in the messages, or by updating your Member Account settings through the Services.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To notify you about changes to our Sites or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
  • For any other purpose with your consent.

We may need to share your personal information and your data to our affiliates, service providers, business partners, and other third parties we use to support our organization, for the purpose of providing our services to you. The purposes for which we may disclose your personal information or data to our service providers may include, but are not limited to database management, content management, payment processing, and for marketing purposes. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your PII to third parties.

We may share your personal information and data with our business partners who sell our products and services so they can communicate with you about your purchase and related matters.

Please be aware that laws in various jurisdictions in which we operate may obligate us to disclose user information and the contents of your user account to the local law enforcement authorities under a legal process or an enforceable government request. We may disclose personal information to investigate or prevent unlawful activities or misuse of the Sites. In addition, we may also disclose personal information to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, our employees, or the general public.

As part of our operations, we may transfer information about you to any jurisdiction where we do business. When you use the Sites, you acknowledge that we may transfer information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. We may transfer your personal information for any of the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy to our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, and business partners that may be located outside of the jurisdiction where you are located. The laws in those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection compared to the laws in your country. However, we will treat your personal information as subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

We maintain appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, intended to protect personal information collected through the Sites.

You may be asked to provide personal information to engage in certain activities, such as to submit an order or to request information from us. You may choose not to provide the personal information we request. If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to process your request, such as to complete transactions or fulfill orders.

Not providing information we request may also restrict your ability to use certain features of the Sites. For example, you may be able to restrict the collection of personal information or functionality through your device’s operating system or by disabling cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using the functionality of the Sites. Some Internet browsers have a “do-not-track” feature that let you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time the Sites do not respond to browser “do not track” signals.

From time to time, we may send emails to you regarding new services, releases, promotional materials, and upcoming events. You will have the ability to opt-out of receiving any such communications, either through links provided in the messages. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

For more information about your choices regarding your personal information, you may contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. Click here to learn more.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following: Users can visit parts of our site anonymously. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our homepage or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the page specified above.

You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page, as well as via email.

Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, which may be revised at Pumas-AI’s sole discretion. When we do so, we will update the Effective Date of the Privacy Policy, above. If we make significant changes in the Privacy Policy that affect your rights, you will be provided with at least 30 days advance notice of the changes by email to your primary email address. Your continued use of the Sites after the effective date of any change to the Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy.
