This individual will be responsible for leading projects and providing model-informed drug development (MIDD) expertise in support of drug development programs and regulatory submissions from pre-clinical through late-stage development. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for supervising the planning, execution, and reporting of pharmacometric (PMx) analyses, as well as performing such analyses. This individual will also serve as a subject matter expert in these areas and work with internal cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on these analyses.

As part of our DeepPumas team, this position is responsible for leading machine learning core and developing general methodology to embed machine learning into modeling structures for pharmacological applications.
This individual will engage with clients on model-informed drug development (MIDD) and will assist in supporting drug development programs by applying clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics (PMx) methodology from pre-clinical through late-stage development and regulatory filings. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of pharmacometric (PMx) analyses, which may include population pharmacokinetics (popPK), exposure response (E-R), and disease progression modeling.
