About the Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Conference (QSPC)

The Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Conference (QSPC) is a global event held every four years, organized by Leiden University in partnership with the Federation for the Advancement of Systems Pharmacology. The conference is supported by a Scientific Advisory Board composed of leading experts in the fields of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) and physiological- and mechanism-based pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PKPD).

QSPC 2026 serves as a dynamic platform for scientists, researchers, and academics to share their latest work and advancements. The program includes plenary lectures, poster presentations, scientific forums, and a variety of networking opportunities, all designed to foster collaboration and the exchange of ideas.

The 2026 edition will focus on the latest computational and experimental methods in QSP, as well as advances in mechanism-based and physiologically-based PKPD. Attendees will explore emerging approaches that are shaping the future of quantitative systems pharmacology, gaining insights into innovative research and practical applications within the field.
